My New Job
Exactly two months ago today I started my new job at a company in my area as an apprentice electrician. Although I am still an apprentice they have moved me to the office and I've officially been deemed a project manager. Fewf, I'm nervous just thinking about it. On paper I have 3 jobs to oversee and I am so overwhelmed. Are there any project managers out there who can offer me some words of wisdom? I'm being lead by a super strong role model & support manager and he is there to help me in more ways than I can say. Although I've been taken off of learning hands on parts of the trade, I'm learning a lot of the back end things that are really putting pieces together in my mind. Here are some photo's below of me out in the field doing some smaller tasks but happily learning even the tedious things :) Installing RF access points.....
